Valere has extensive knowledge and expertise in assisting seniors (and their families) in housing options and other situations that relate to seniors. Oftentimes seniors know they must make a plan or a change but are often hesitant to initiate their research because of uncertainty of how and when to proceed.

Providing seniors and their families with unbiased information, options and resources tailored to their specific needs, interests, wants and challenges allows the senior to make an informed decision for themselves.

Her extensive work with seniors and disabled persons were a natural segue into her current career as a Real Estate Broker specializing in finding suitable housing for aging persons and those with mobility challenges. Prior to her Real Estate career, Valere worked for 18 years in senior housing such as Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living and Retirement Communities. In recognition of her outstanding service, she was awarded “Marketing Professional of the Year 2003” by the Metropolitan Senior Network by receiving recommendation and nominations from her peers in the industry.
